In 1948 it was rebuilt for the third time out of concrete and steel, with a giant wood dance floor on the second floor. Complete with a stage and grandstand for watching all the action. The building stood proudly over the years through 5 or 6 hurricanes with minimal damage until it was demolished by B&C in 2007. Hopefully a new Pavilion and Boardwalk(we have a new Boardwalk) will arise even bigger and better in a few years.
